The SMAI Push Pull Sled features four upright poles, so you can perform push/pull training from either side of the sled. 

With 4 included poles, simply load the sled and swap sides when you want to change direction of your push/pull. With an unloaded weight of 95lb, the Push / Pull Sled will allow you to perform all types of pushing, pulling, and sprint training workouts. Designed to be a durable sled with an extremely solid structure. With wide skids it offers a superior glide on turf tracks and protects the floors.

The sled features a collapsible center weight stack, allowing for easy transport for mobile trainers which is held in place by a 0.2-inch bolt that will ensure it stays rigid when stacked. It can accommodate well over 880lb with the sled having weight plate supports to ensure that your high-quality bumpers aren’t damaged and can be removed quickly without pinching fingers. With multiple mounting points on the side skids it allows you to clip onto different points on the sled, making for an ever-challenging workout.

Sled comes with 4 end poles which can be used for pushing from either side without turning the sled, and 1 center pole for securing Olympic weight plates to increase your load.
